EasyRinger voicemail gives you full flexibility and control. It is supported on all numbers you use for calls. You can upload an MP3 of your personalized voicemail greeting, or you can type text and have our advanced AI read it for you. Our AI can read texts in multiple languages, with regional pronunciation available for some languages. This ensures correct pronunciation and inflection.
Voicemail is enabled by default, but you can choose to disable it for countries where it is less popular. The “Timeout” feature allows you to customize how long the call rings before going to voicemail.

Block/Allow Callers
EasyRinger allows you to block or only allow certain numbers to call you easily. This gives you full control over your incoming calls and helps to cut out time-wasting spam calls. You can block individual numbers or enter partial numbers. So you could block certain country codes or area codes. Only allowing certain numbers is more restrictive, as all other numbers you don’t specify will be blocked. This can be useful if you use one of your numbers for a very specific reason, perhaps for elite clients or family members.

Yes. Caller ID solutions are legal to use in the US. It is a widely used service by businesses worldwide that want a local presence in their areas.
It is illegal to use an outgoing caller ID service with the intent to cause harm, defraud, or misrepresent yourself under the Truth in Caller ID Act of 2009. We do not offer a caller ID spoofing service. So, as long as you are a legitimate business that's not pretending to be someone else or mislead your customers, it is absolutely fine.
As standard, your name will not be displayed to a recipient when you make an outbound call to them with a caller ID service. You still have several ways to customize your number. Firstly, you choose the country from which your number is based, and then you get to choose a professional number from the options within that country.
You need to use a Caller Name Delivery (CNAM) service to have your name appear when you call someone. This US-based technology is not yet offered through EasyRinger’s caller ID service.
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a technology that allows you to send and receive phone calls through the Internet instead of traditional phone lines. You can still call a phone that is using a traditional phone line. The VoIP will convert the analog voice signal into digital data.
